HPLC method development for pure compound isolated from the Natural sources and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API).
Isolation and standardization of bio active molecules from: Podophyllum hexandrum, Betula utilis, Tylophora hirsute, Holaerea antidysentrica, Withania somnifera, Collophyllum inophyllum and their Characterization and standardization with different analytical instruments like TLC, UVVIS., IR, HPLC, MS, NMR etc.
Experienced in Method development and Method Validation of new analytical methods.
Adroit in operational and maintance of analytical instrumentation like HPLC, GC, LC/MS, UPLC, TLC, FTIR, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, KF titrator, and various wet chemistry techniques.
Experienced in conducting experiments including preparation, sampling, data collection and analysis and preparation of results and reports.
Highly proficient in searching for chemical literature Compliance with procedures and protocols in relation to research being conducted as part of industry/university partnership.
