Nanostructures have a range of functions in sensors, spectroscopic and optoelectronic devices. Metamaterials have developed into one of the most targeted research fields in nanooptics and nanomaterials and attract massive research interests. This is now not solely due to the rich physics in this kind of materials, but additionally because they are carefully related to some new methods in the manipulate of terahertz radiation, photo voltaic power management, optical cloaking, antenna systems, etc. Thus, the controllable fabrication of the plasmonic nanostructures in a virtually relevant scale and spatial resolution is quintessential for realizing their exceptional functions, for example, in multi-channel biosensors and solar-cell devices.
