Personal wearables are increasingly able to monitor vitals and body measurements. Add machine learning and artificial intelligence into the mix, and the scope of all activities done to improve health might become measurable and quantifiable. This overall drive towards wellness and prevention can impact how primary healthcare is planned, distributed and delivered. The role technology, especially through AI, automation and robotics can play to reach isolated communities will open new frontiers in the medical industry
