Safety Culture and Work Behaviour Among Auto Artisans at Kokompe-Accra, Ghana
Workers attitude and behavior towards workplace safety can be linked to their culture; that is their shared beliefs, customs, arts and knowledge. In order to understand workplace safety among artisans in the informal smallscale enterprises, there is the need to explore their safety culture, attitude and behavior towards workplace safety and health at the workplace. The informal small-scale sector plays diverse but important roles in the growth and development of the Ghanaian economy.
